What's Vove's approach to ingredients?

We design to a low-tox standard: clean, plant-based ingredients that perform, without the things you don't want at home. Depending on the product, that can mean free from PFAS, microplastics, known hormone disruptors, harsh sulfates, parabens and synthetic fragrance. The exact specs and any "free from" claims vary by product, so check the individual product page to see what applies to the one you're looking at.

Is it the same for every product?

Our standards are consistent, but the formulas aren't identical, a laundry tab, a hand wash and a sponge are very different things. So rather than a blanket promise, each product page lists what that item is free from and any certifications it carries. Checking for a specific concern (a particular allergen, PFAS, fragrance)? Look at that product's page, or email hello@vove.co and we'll confirm for the exact item.

Every product page lists its full ingredients. Open the product and click All ingredients for the complete list. We'll always tell you what's in a product; we just don't publish exact formulation percentages, which are proprietary.

Are your products safe around kids, pets and during pregnancy?

Yes. Our formulas are made to be non-toxic and gentle, free from harsh sulfates, parabens and synthetic fragrance, with no added VOCs.
