If you're in the EU or UK, you can cancel any online purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason:

1. Email hello@vove.co within 14 days of receipt

2. Return the goods within 14 days of telling us

Return shipping is at your cost unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, and a 5% restocking fee applies to unused items.
