What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items for a refund. The essentials: - Unused items: return in their original packaging within 30 days. A 5% restocking fee applies, and you cover return postage. - Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we cover everything, including return shipping, and arrange a replacement or refund. - Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email hello@vove.co for authorisation and packing instructions, and we'll send you the correct return address for your location. Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. We don't have an automated exchange flow yet, so for a swap the quickest route is usually a new order plus a return of the original. Email us and we'll find the smoothest option.

I received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item.

We're sorry, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Email hello@vove.co within 30 days of delivery and keep all packaging and evidence of the issue (a photo or short video is ideal). We'll arrange a replacement or a refund, including return shipping, with no restocking fee.

Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK)

If you're in the EU or UK, you can cancel any online purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason: 1. Email hello@vove.co within 14 days of receipt 2. Return the goods within 14 days of telling us Return shipping is at your cost unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, and a 5% restocking fee applies to unused items.

How much does it cost to return something?

For unused items, you cover return postage and a 5% restocking fee is deducted from your refund. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, returns are completely free: we cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. - Unused items: the purchase price minus the 5% restocking fee and your return shipping cost - Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: refunded in full, no restocking fee If we don't receive the goods within the agreed time, your refund may be delayed or declined.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Our system processes orders quickly, so the window is short, but if it hasn't shipped yet, email hello@vove.co with your order number as soon as you can and we'll try to cancel or amend it. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the 14-day Right of Withdrawal after delivery (see above).
