How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link, and you'll also find it on your account page next to the order. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating after dispatch.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed by 12:00 Copenhagen time (CET) dispatch the same business day; later orders ship the next business day. We email tracking as soon as the carrier picks it up.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch, occasionally a little longer for remote areas. We ship with trusted carriers: Royal Mail and DPD in the UK, PostNL and GLS in the EU, and USPS, UPS and FedEx in the US.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, and across the EU, fulfilled locally from our UK, EU and US warehouses for speed. EU orders have a flat €25 shipping rate, and availability can vary by country, so the odd item may be out of stock in some EU markets. Not in our shipping zone yet? You may still find us on Amazon US, UK or DE.

How much is shipping?

Depends on your region: - UK: free over £34, otherwise £2.95 - US: free over $44, otherwise $4.95 - EU: flat €25 (no free-shipping threshold) Your exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Are duties and taxes included?

Yes. For the UK, US and EU, duties, VAT and import taxes are included in the price, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum. Depending on order size and region, shipping may be free (see above).

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If it hasn't shipped, email hello@vove.co with your order number and the correct address as soon as you can. If it's already shipped, we may still be able to reroute it with the carrier, so reach out.

My tracking says delivered but I don't have it.

Sorry for the worry. First: check the porch, side door, mailroom and with neighbours, and look for the carrier's delivery photo. If it's still missing, email hello@vove.co confirming you didn't receive it and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.

I haven't received my order yet.

If your tracking is moving, give it the full delivery window first. If you still haven't received your parcel after 10 business days (UK and EU) or 14 business days (US), email hello@vove.co and we'll chase it with the carrier and sort it out.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Search "gift cards" on the shop to find them.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

We don't gift wrap, and we don't include any price or invoice in the box, so you can safely send an order straight to someone else. Just enter their address as the shipping address at checkout and it'll go directly to them.
